  In accordance with the work deployment of the "Several Measures for Deepening Science and Technology Reform" issued by the Provincial Government Office and the requirements of the "Management Measures for Shandong Engineering Research Centers", our commission has organized and carried out the optimization and integration of the Diyi batch of Shandong Engineering Research Centers and Shandong Engineering Laboratories. Now, the Diyi batch is included in the new sequence management of 297 Shandong Engineering Research Centers The list of provincial engineering centers (hereinafter referred to as "Provincial Engineering Centers") has been issued to you, and relevant matters have been notified as follows:

1、 The provincial engineering center included in the new sequence management should aim to serve major strategic tasks and engineering implementation in Shandong Province, fully utilize its position and competitive advantages in technological innovation in this field, strengthen close cooperation between supporting units and co construction units, actively undertake scientific research tasks assigned by the province, and focus on key core technologies in the industry

  Breaking through the engineering and industrial application of major scientific and technological achievements, focusing on solving the "bottleneck" technical problems, striving to achieve independent and controllable key core technologies, improving the modernization level of industrial and supply chains, and fully promoting high-quality economic development.

2、 Each competent department, the supporting unit of the provincial engineering center, and the co construction unit must strictly follow the requirements of the Management Measures, increase support, strengthen daily supervision and management, promote the continuous improvement of research and development facilities and conditions of the provincial engineering center, continuously optimize the operating mechanism, encourage physical operation, and effectively improve the efficiency of industry university research collaborative innovation.

3、 Our committee will strictly manage and assess the provincial engineering centers included in the new sequence management. The relying units should organize the submission of evaluation materials on time and participate in regular evaluations seriously. Those who do not participate in regular evaluations or fail evaluations will be revoked according to regulations.
