Successfully applied for and approved provincial-level

  "Specialized, refined, unique, and innovative" small and medium-sized enterprises refer to small and medium-sized enterprises with the characteristics of "refinement, uniqueness, and novelty". The enterprise scale meets the provisions of the "Small and Medium sized Enterprise Classification Standards" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Joint Enterprise [2011] No. 300).

   On April 26, 2012, the "Opinions on Further Supporting the Healthy Development of Small and Micro Enterprises" (Guo Fa [2012] No. 14) were issued, proposing to "encourage small and micro enterprises to develop modern service industries, strategic emerging industries, modern agriculture and cultural industries, follow the path of" specialization, refinement, uniqueness, and innovation "and cooperate with large enterprises to accelerate the transformation from factor driven to innovation driven."

   On June 26, 2013, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology held a symposium in Shanghai to conduct research on the promotion of "specialization, refinement, uniqueness, and novelty" development of small and medium-sized enterprises in 11 provinces and cities. Further implement the Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Promoting the Development of Small and Medium sized Enterprises with Specialization, Refinement, and Innovation, increase efforts to promote the development of small and medium enterprises with specialization, refinement, and innovation, exchange experiences, and listen to suggestions.

On July 16, 2013, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Promoting the Development of Small and Medium sized Enterprises (MIIT Enterprise [2013] No. 264)", which clearly proposed the overall ideas, tasks, and promotion measures for promoting "specialized, refined, unique, and new" small and medium-sized enterprises.

"Specialization, refinement, uniqueness, and novelty" is a new national policy that strongly encourages and supports the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. In the complex and diversified economy, companies keep up with the pace and innovate and develop. In April 2022, I applied for a municipal level "specialized, refined, special, and new" small and medium-sized enterprise. In May of the same year, I was approved and also applied for a provincial-level "specialized, refined, special, and new" enterprise. I was approved in June and awarded a license in October. This is a high recognition of enterprises by the government. Enterprises will continue to innovate, improve their understanding, actively respond to calls, keep up with the pace of development, strengthen themselves, and contribute to the social and economic development.
