    Recently,our company discovered that the former employee,Ms. FengZongyan,continues to conduct activities under the guise of "our companysalesperson" or similar identities in social interactions and business negotiations. This behavior has seriously misled our company's clients  and partners, and has damaged our company's reputation. Therefore, our company hereby solemnly states as follows:

1. Ms. Feng Zongyan offcially resigned from our company on July 24, 2020All her labor relations and authorizations with our company were terminatedon the same day.

2. Our company officially released a statement through offcial channels suchas the website on July 25, 2020, clearly stating her resignation informationand that she no longer represents our company.

3. Since the date of her resignation, all her external business activities are herpersonal actions. Our company will not bear any responsibility for any of herremarks, behaviors, or potential legal liabilities.

4.If any unit or individual discovers that Ms. Feng Zongyan is stillconducting business contacts, promotions, or signing documents in the nameof our company, please be vigilant and verify through our official channels toavoid being deceived.

5. For any acts of falsely promoting, conducting commercial fraud, or other

    actions that infringe upon our company's legitimate rights and interests underthe guise of our company's name, our company reserves the right to pursuelegal responsibility against them.
