2024 End-of-Year Summary and Recognition Meeting

    On January 25, 2025, the 2024 year-end summary commendation meeting of Shandong Guanghao Biological Products Co.

   The year of 2024 is an extraordinary year and a year of progress, and Shandong Guanghao Biological Products Co., Ltd. has completed a high score answer sheet. Behind every achievement, the hard work of all the staff is condensed, and we all provide customers with a high quality experience with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism. This meeting was held not only to summarize and review the past, but also to commend the advanced and inspire the forward movement.

Work Report

   The heads of each department took the stage one by one, reviewing the work of the year 

2024 to review and analyze the work of the year, and reporting on the direction of the key 

work in 2025, the target plan.

   General Manager Zhang Zhaozhao reported and interpreted the operation situation and

data of Shandong Guanghao Biological Products Co., Ltd. in 2024, and set the focus of 

the work in the coming year as the following five key directions: First, unify the mind, and

 pragmatically take on the role of comprehensively strengthening self-construction. Second, 

the courage to bear the mission of practical struggle to keep good and firm “a row of the 

bottom line”. Third, to more live system mechanism to forge a tough team. Fourth, to promote 

the scientific management of finance with greater vigor. Fifth, the strict implementation of productivity

 and technological innovation and other five aspects. The main planning and deployment of the work in

 2025.

Award Recognition

   Even in ordinary positions, they still show their value with their actions. At the meeting, 

the advanced individuals of 2024 were commended, and the chairman of the board of 

directors issued honorary certificates for the excellent employees, which fully reflected

 the company's recognition and encouragement of the employees' efforts. This commendation also inspired every Guanghao person present.

   This honor not only belongs to me, but also belongs to the team working side by side, 

at this moment I deeply feel the power of the team. It is the trust, support and cooperation 

of all of us, so that I continue to break through. Thank you for the selfless help of colleagues;

 thank you for the careful guidance of the leadership.

  Concluding Remarks

   Mr. Zhang Yuanzhong, Chairman of the Board of Directors, affirmed and recognized the

annual summary of each department at the meeting, and expressed his approval and 

recognition of the general manager's analysis of last year's operation and the deployment 

of key directions for the coming year.

   He pointed out that the new year, we have to heart to the collective, the heart of goodwill, 

eliminate distractions, keep pace with the times to forge ahead and strive to move forward.
